Leading your Campus through Change and Conflict

This session will explore the relationship between change and conflict, both external conflict as well as internal. The first part of the workshop will look at some of the external factors/conflicts that place pressure on the higher education organization. We will discuss what these factors mean for the field, as well as ways that higher education organizations can proactively embrace these influences and lead through the change process. These external pressures and conflicts can lead to high levels of uncertainty and conflict within an organization. The second part of this workshop will consist of exploring the interpersonal conflict that can arise in the workplace, and how leaders can appropriately manage and lead through these situations. Specific techniques will be explored and discussed as a group.

Free one hour webinar on this topic to be offered October 11, 2018, at 1 P.M.
